The Tour de France is just around the corner and we can hardly contain our excitement! TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The competition is open to UK and Ireland residents aged 18 and over excluding employees of Specialized and participating dealers or any other associated parties.
2. No purchase necessary.
3. To be eligible participants will be required to go their local Specialized dealer to collect a unique registration card. The card will have a unique code which the participant will need to use when registering.
4. Participants must register their details on www.cyclingweekly.co.uk/specializedcompetition from June 17th 2010 to July 25th 2010. For postal entries please send us your full contact details, answer and unique registration code to Specialized Comp Cycling Weekly, Leon House, 233 Street Croydon CR9 1HZ.
5. The contest runs from 17th June 2010 until midnight GMT 25th July 2010.
6. All entries to the IN IT TO WIN IT contest will be automatically entered into a prize draw to win a Tarmac SL3 frame a week.
7. There will be one winner per week. 4 winners in total.
8. Specialized shall not be held responsible for technical errors in telecommunication networks, internet access or otherwise, preventing entry at this website.
9. Only one entry per person.
10. The 4 draws will take place on Monday July 5th, 12th, 19th and 26th.
11. Entries must be received by midnight GMT on 4th, 11th, 18th and 25th in order to be eligible for that week’s draw.
12. Each week the winner will be the first valid entry drawn at random from all entries received by the previous Sunday.
13. The results are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. The winners will be notified on July 6th, 13th, 20th and 27th by e mail or telephone.
15. The prize is a Specialized Tarmac SL3 frame either Astana or Saxo Bank team replica.
16. Specialized reserves the right to award an alternative prize of equal or greater value should the advertised prize become unavailable for any reason.
17. The winners may be required to participate in future publicity for Specialized.
18. Specialized reserves the right to select an alternative winner should the drawn entry prove invalid for any reason.
19. The prize is as stated and no cash alternative is available.

21. Specialized reserves the right to withdraw, amend or suspend this contest in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside of its reasonable control with no liability to the entrants, the winners or any third party.
22. These terms and conditions are governed by English Law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
